James Construction Company, Inc. is a family owned contracting business involved in site development projects. The firm was originally founded in 1937 by Alexander Potash, and is now owned an operated by third and fourth generation family members. The company specializes in excavation, earth moving, grading, underground utility installation, and site concrete construction. Projects are generally contracted through construction managers for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Most of the project sites today are pharmaceutical and chemical facilities, but the firm has also completed many office building, hospital/medical facility, college campus, and shopping mall sites.
